Lili Gil Valletta:

Lili is a recognized cultural intelligence® expert, World Economic Forum Young Global Leader, TV commentator and an award-winning entrepreneur. An immigrant from Colombia, Lili came to the U.S. at the age of 17 without speaking English and managed to become a recognized corporate executive turned business owner and tech innovator. After a successful corporate career including a 10-year tenure at Johnson & Johnson, Lili co-founded CIEN+ and CulturIntel. Her firm, headquartered in New York City with offices in Colombia and Mexico, is a recognized expert in big data market research, business consulting and cross-cultural marketing helping Fortune 500's to successfully tap into diverse markets and turn cultural trends into profits.

She is a regular TV commentator seen on Fox News, Fox Business and CNN en Español, and has been featured by Forbes, CNN Money, The Huffington Post, The NY Daily News, MM&M, among others. Lili serves as a board member of the Harvard Women's Leadership Board, National Board of Directors of the YMCA USA, mentor to the Stanford Latino Entrepreneur Leaders Program and was appointed by Governor Cuomo as a member of the New York State Council on Women and Girls and was appointed in 2018 by Mayor Bill de Blasio as a Member of the NYC Technology Leadership Advisory Council.

Jorge Ferraez

Jorge is a bi-national businessman and publisher, running the USA Operation of Ferraez group. Líderes Mexicanos, the most successful magazine of its kind, has been in circulation for 30 years in Mexico, where it has achieved an enviable reputation, and host of the "Comida de los 300 Lideres". Petróleo & Energía magazine is the most important magazine in Mexico for the Oil and Gas industry and is a valued B2B communication tool in this key sector of Mexico's economy. In 1999, Jorge and his brother then founded Latino Leaders magazine in the United States, which quickly became the "who's who" publication of the Affluent and Relevant Hispanic community and a relevant connector among leaders to promote business. In the U.S, Latino Leaders is one of the most successful magazines in the leadership Hispanic market, offering a unique concept of profiles of the most influential Latinos and emerging leaders, and connecting them with each other.  To date, Jorge has interviewed more than 700 leaders around the globe, discovering that leaders    are 'ordinary people with extraordinary determination.'
               
Jorge is also a member of the Board of KERA TV Dallas, TX and The American Heart Association. In 2015 He was named to the Hispanic Advisory Council for Cancer Treatment Centers of America. He serves on the Hispanic Advisory Council at Children's Health in Dallas, TX
