At Avondale, our goal has always been to make an impact in the community in which we live and work. Each year during our 7 Days of Giving, we look forward to extending our reach to organizations, communities, and causes that mean so much to our clients and partners. This is a mission that continues to shape our culture and reminds us what Avondale values beyond the business. Historically, this has been a holiday activation and while you can expect to see an Avondale ‘7 Days of Giving’ in December, we are pleased to share with you that our first-ever ‘7 Days of Giving – Summer Edition’ was a complete success and most importantly, driven by our very own members.

If this is the first time you’ve ever heard of this activation, here’s a short explanation: The 7 Days of Giving is a seven-day philanthropic activation where we collaborate with partners and/or members to give back to the different areas of the community in a meaningful, personal way. Our partners choose the organization or cause and then Avondale provides either a monetary or in-kind donation, on top of activating, to bring awareness to the mission and community impact efforts of the chosen charity.  Our Summer Edition took this concept and put the power to the members who voted on 7 different areas of philanthropy they felt most passionate about and where they wanted Avondale to get involved.

After finding new organizations that fit within the categories chosen by our members, Team Avondale got together and spent the last week of August giving back and spotlighting these organizations internally and across our social media channels:

That all said, we are so excited to recap our Summer 7 Days of Giving line-up (category - chosen organization - website):
