There're three different types of engines offered throughout the new Maserati Quattroporte lineup, each offering its own unique horsepower and torque output.
The standard Quattroporte GT model uses a 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged V6 engine with 345-horsepower and 369 pounds-feet of torque. The new Quattroporte Modena model uses the same 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged V6 engine, but it's enhanced to provide you with 424-horsepower and 428 pounds-feet of torque, all while allowing you to enjoy a maximum speed of 179 mph and a 0-60 mph speed of around 5 seconds. The Quattroporte Modena Q4 models use the same engine with the same output, only they come with all-wheel drive instead of rear-wheel drive for greater traction and control when driving around Grapevine.
If you choose the top of the line Quattroporte Trofeo model, you'll receive a 3.8-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine that exerts an impressively bold 580-horsepower and 538 pounds-feet of torque, allowing you to achieve a top speed of 203 mph and a 0-60 mph time of 4.2 seconds.
Other Performance Features
All the new Maserati Quattroporte models come equipped with a smooth and responsive 8-speed automatic transmission, providing fast shifting that you can also control through standard paddle shifters on every model. All models also come with an adaptive suspension system that will change the stiffness of your ride depending on road conditions ahead. You can also take control and tighten or loosen the suspension depending on what kind of driving you're doing. There's also electronic assisted steering, making it easier to take full command in the driver's seat.
